# Privacy

This site uses PostHog for aggregate analytics and privacy-masked session replay to diagnose usability and client-side errors. All form inputs are masked in the browser before replay data is transmitted, query strings are removed from replay URLs, autocapture remains disabled, Do Not Track is respected, and form values or email addresses are never sent as analytics events.

The email-updates endpoint is a Netlify Function backed by a private Netlify Blobs store. Browser analytics records anonymous funnel stages and never receives the submitted email address. Public pages may link to third-party sites such as GitHub, LinkedIn, Google Scholar, employers, universities, and project sites; those services have their own privacy practices.
